Smoked Tri Tip

Tri-tip is a triangular cut of beef from the bottom of the sirloin that's known for its rich flavor and tender texture. It's also known as a California cut, Santa Maria steak, or Newport steak. It is one of our specialties and a fan favorite of all of our customers. This would make a great center piece to your Christmas dinner. They will be 3 to 3.5lbs. 
 
You will pick up your order at the Butcher BBQ Stand any one of the days of December 20th, 21st, or 22nd during normal operating hours. There will be a designated area to pick up your order. Fast and simple
